Overnight Oats is a quick, easy, and delicious breakfast idea. It’s convenient because you can make it the night before and just grab it to go in the mornings. I hope you enjoy the multiple flavors you can make.

Ingredients needed to make Overnight Oats include:

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseeds
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • optional toppings: cocoa powder and banana, pineapple and coconut shreds, or berries

For your Overnight Oats, it’s recommended that you use some sort of container with a lid. Any type of Tupperware or glass jar or container would work great!

To make the base of the Overnight Oats, add together the oats, milk, yogurt, flaxseeds, and chia seeds and then stir.

For a more tropical taste add some shredded pineapple and coconut shreds. Or use any type of tropical fruit such as mango, papaya, or kiwi.

Berry Oats are so easy to make! Just add in your favorite berries, frozen or fresh!

Add in a smashed banana and some cocoa power to get the perfect chocolate and banana Overnight Oats. To mash a banana, you can use a fork, a small handheld mixer, or even a blender on low.

Refrigerate your Overnight Oats for at least 3 hours and up to 3 days. We hope you enjoy this quick, easy, and delicious breakfast!
